Miyagi Beta Partner Agreement
This is a plain-language summary of the terms of the Miyagi Beta Partner Program. A full agreement will be shared as part of the application process. By becoming an Beta Partner, you acknowledge and agree to the points below.
Early-stage product
- Miyagi is in active early development. Features may change, break, or be removed.
- You may encounter bugs, incomplete flows, or interruptions during the Beta period.
- You agree to use Miyagi with reasonable expectations for an early-stage product.
Access
- Approved Beta Partners receive 90 days of free access to Miyagi.
- Beta access does not guarantee permanent free access.
- Future Founding Partner pricing may be offered separately after Beta.
Feedback
- A brief Day 3 check-in survey is required.
- A Day 7 validation survey is required. An optional short interview may be offered.
- Feedback should be thoughtful and honest. Ongoing use beyond 7 days is welcomed but not required.
Confidentiality
- No public screenshots, recordings, reviews, or social sharing of Miyagi during Beta without written permission.
- No sharing of login credentials or access with anyone outside your practice.
- No copying, publishing, distributing, or recreating proprietary Miyagi materials, including the Miyagi Method framework.
Mutual privacy
- Miyagi protects your information, your feedback, your client information, and any testimonial content.
- Client data you enter remains yours. Miyagi does not sell or share it.
- Testimonials and case studies are only requested and used with your explicit written approval.
After Beta
- At the end of 90 days, you may be invited to continue as a Founding Partner under separate pricing.
- There is no automatic charge at the end of Beta.
- You may request data export or deletion at any time.
